Vote for Pied Piper in the Sunderbans

The people of the Sundarbans have told the political parties that they will be voting for the Pied Piper who would save them from the rat menace in the area. The rat menace is so severe that a substantial portion of the grain and potato harvest is eaten away by the rats. So the people have decided to vote for the Pied Piper. The Sunderbans farmers have made the matching offer. `You catch the rats in our region. You then exploit our votes.' They made the conditional offer to all the political leaders who have come to the Sundarbans seeking votes. The farmers of the area are aghast that their hard work in the farms is not paying on account of the rat menace. They have a story about the rat menace. They say that the snakes in the Sunderbans had been killed in the cyclone of 2009. Since then the rat menace had increased.
