T Board students turned out if late even by a minute

Punctuality is a virtue, Intermediate and Tenth Class students writing the Telangana Board examinations are learning the hard way. Late-comig students are finding themselves locked out of the examination halls, even if they are late by a minute. These students have no one to plead to either as the doors are locked. So was the case of students who arrived late at Nampally's Maulana Azad College. When they were late by a minute, the examination hall was closed for them. The students have urged the authorities to take into account the traffic jams in the entire city at the time of the morning. But whom to tell? So one of the girls told a newsman reporting about the exams at the college that she was delayed by the traffic. She urged the authorities to take traffic delays into account when they fix the timings. But then she was failed already for not coming in time. The Telangana Education Boards will hopefully take a leninet view of the students who reported late at the examination centres and hold a special exam for them so that their academic year is not lost.
