Chandrababu misusing office, says Jagan

Unable to take on the YCP politically, AP chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu is misusing official machinery against his political opponents, YCP leader Jaganmohan Reddy has alleged. Pointing to the arrest of YCP MP Mithun Reddy, Jagan charged that it was at the intervention of the Chief Minister that Mithun was arrested and lodged in the Nellore sub-jail. If what Mithun had done was wrong, the MP should have been arrested by the Central Industrial Security Force and not the State police as the alleged incident pertained to the airport. He was speaking to newsmen after visiting Mithun in Nellore sub-jail. He said false cases were being foisted on political opponents by TDP leaders. Jagan said the arrests were being direcrted from the Chief Minister's office. His party would fight the highhandedness in the people's court, he added.
