YCP MLA renews appeal to join TDP

Adinarayan Reddy, YCP MLA, has renewed his request to join the ruling TDP. He said he was ready to join the ruling party, subject to a positive response from the TDP leadership. Adinarayan Reddy reiterated that he was awaiting a call from the TDP leadership in this regard. However, Adinarayan Reddy's admission to the TDP is strongly being opposed by Jammalamadugu TDP in-charge Ramasubba Reddy. He had already appealed to TDP supremo Chandrababu Naidu against admission of the YCP MLA to the ruling party. Following the objection, Adinanaryan Reddy's admission has not figured in TDP circles. Several YCP leaders have similarly sought to join the ruling party. The TDP leadership, however, is giving weightage to the standing of the leaders concerned.
