Chittoor Mayor couple's murder plan hatched 6 months ago

The sensational murder of Chittoor Mayor couple, Anuradha, and her husband, Katari Mohan, was hatched 6 months ago, and two failed attempts had been made, according to the Superintendent of Police (Chittoor), G. Srinivas. The police said the main conspirator, Srirama Chandrasekhar alias Chintu Royal, had come up with a pucca plan for the third attempt, when his Mayor aunt and uncle were murdered in her office. The police further said that 20 of the 23 accused had been arrested and that three of the remaining would seen be nabbed.
