CBI charges Sooraj Pancholi with abetment to suicide in Jiah Khan case

Hyderabad, Dec 11: In a new twist to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) today filed a chargesheet against actor Sooraj Pancholi in the CBI special court in Mumbai in the Jiah Khan death case in which the agency said it is a case of abetment to suicide. After taking cognizance of the chargesheet the CBI special court posted the next hearing in the matter on January 18, 2016. Sooraj was present in the court when the chargesheet was filed.
