ATMs may dry up as five bank holiday in a row
Hyderabad, Oct 20: All the banks in the country will remain closed for five days in a row. The banks will remain closed from October 21 to 25. The holidays are as follows: Durga Puja-Oct 21, Dasra-Oct 22, Moharram-Oct 23, Fourth Saturday-Oct 24 and Sunday-Oct 25. All the banking services will come to a halt during the five days and ATMs may run dry out of cash. Though banks have privatised cash loading in ATMs they have to plan meticulous to avoid problems to the customers in view of five holidays in a row. According to reports, the impact will be more in Tamil Nadu and West Bengal.
