5 go missing in Kapila Theertham waterfalls in Tirupati

Tirupati, Sep 27: Five devotees were washed away in flash floods at Kapila Theertham waterfalls in Tirupati today. According to reports, five persons taking bath in Kapital Theertham were washed away due to flash floods caused by sudden downpour in the city. The temple priests noticed the victims and alerted the police. The police so far fished out four bodies. The identity of the deceased is yet to known. The water level suddenly rose due heavy rain in the city.
