Syringe attack victim critical

Nallajerla (West Godavari) Sep 10: The condition of one of the syringe attack victims in West Godavari district is critical. Ganta Chanti was attacked with syringe by an unidentified person at Nallajerla in the district 15 days ago. Doctors administered first aid and sent the victim home. The doctors had conducted diagnostic tests and had ruled out viral and bacterial infections. But today the woman suffered with excessive bleeding from nose and mouth and she was immediately shifted to Eluru government hospital. Sudden deterioration of Chanti's health created panic among other syringe attack victims. The material injected by the suspected psyco is a hotly debated topic in the district.
