BJP president Amit Shah trapped in lift for 40 mins
Patna, Aug 21: BJP national president Amit Shah and three other senior leaders were trapped inside a lift in a guest house here for 40 minutes. The incident happened at 11:30 pm yesterday. The lift got stuck between the two floors and its metal doors were also jammed. The mobile phones of Amit Shah and others trapped inside were also out of range as they were in a closed box. CRPF personnel who are part of Amit Shah's Z+ security cover, tear apart steel doors of the lift and pulled out Amit Shah and other leaders. Shah visited the city to participate in a programme organised by a regional newspaper. Officials were not available for comment.
