Tirumala Brahmotsavam from Sep 16

Tirumala, Aug 18: The nine-day annual Brahmotsavam of Lord Venkateswara Swamy here will be held from September 16 to 24, said Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams Executive Officer D Sambasiva Rao. He conducted a review meet on Brahmotsavam arrangements with officials here today. He announced that all 'Arjitha Sevas' will be cancelled during the festivities. The EO said that top priority would be given to common devotees and limited VIP passes will be issued during the festivities. He said that six lakh laddus will be made available to the devotees. The officials will install 300 CC cameras to enhance vigil. The officials will keep the ghat roads open 24 hrs during the festivities.
