Microsoft MD calls on Chandrababu
Hyderabad, Aug 14: Software giant Microsoft India Managing Director Anil Bhansali called on Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu at the latter's Camp Office in Vijayawada today. According to sources, they discussed about the Microsoft's expansion plans in Andhra Pradesh and other matters. According to sources, Microsoft MD Anil Bhansali asked the Chief Minister to provide opportunities to the company to scale up its operations as the government wants to develop the state as Hardware and software hub. Chandrababu explained to Anil about opportunities to develop IT sector in Visakhapatnam, Vijayawada, Tirupati and other towns in the State. It may be noted that Microsoft has a Research and Development Centre in Hyderabad which is the company's biggest headquarters outside US.
