Will ensure justice to AP, TS: Rajnath

Delhi, Aug 04: Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh has said that the Centre will ensure justice to Telugu states of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. Replying to query during question hour in Lok Sabha today, Rajnath Singh said that Central government would fulfil all the provisions of Andhra Pradesh State Reorganisation Act-2014. He assured all possible assistance to both the Telugu states. He said that issue of High Court bifurcation was taken up with Law Minister. Urban Development Minister M Venkaiah Naidu said that the government was examining the possibilities of according special status to AP though there were no such provisions in the Reorganisation Act. He said that Centre would keep up its word on the special status. He assured that High Court's bifurcation process would be completed soon.
