Bhanu's bail plea dismissed

Hyderabad, July 27: The Nampally Criminal Court here today dismissed the bail plea of M Bhanu Kiran, the prime accused in Maddelacheruvu Suryanarayana Reddy alias Suri's murder. The magistrate heard the arguments of both the parties on the bail plea filed by Bhanu's advocates. Bhanu Kiran was lodged in the jail for the past three years and he moved the bail petition four days ago. Crime Investigation Department's (CID) advocate opposed bail to Bhanu. He argued that Bhanu will escape after securing bail. It may be noted that Suri was murdered on January 3, 2011.
