Vijayashanti back to movies?

Hyderabad, July 23: Is yesteryear actress and former MP Vijayashanti making a come back to films? If filmy sources are to be believed, she is making all arrangements to start second innings in movies. She was fondly called as lady Amitabh in South for her daring roles in Telugu movies. At the helm of her career, she entered politics by joining BJP in 1997. Later, she started her own party, 'Talli Telangana' and merged it into Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) in 2009. She was two-time MP from TRS. Before the formation of separate Telangana Vijayashanti joined Congress and after losing the Medak polls, she went into oblivion. Now, after a long gap again she came in the news again. According to sources, she is going to direct a patriotic movie and now discussing stories. The actress said that she was away from the movie field due to her illness. 'Megastar Chiranjeevi's 150th movie and my movie may release during the same time,' she said. Some other sources said she is coming back in veteran director B Gopal's movie. He started a movie with Gopichand as the hero which halted due to financial problems. This movie now resumed shooting in which Vijayashanti will play a key role.
