Sachin’s son bowls to England players
London, July 16: Cricket maestro Sachin Tendulkar’s son Arjun Tendulkar seems to be walking in the footsteps of his father. The 15-year-old regularly undergoes training at cricket mecca Lords. Arjun was often seen with his father during practice sessions of Team India but his presence during England team’s practice session at the stadium came as a surprise to everyone. Upon the invitation of MCC, Arjun bowled to England players. The left-arm pace bowler was termed as enthusiastic by former Pakistani cricket player and Swing Sultan Wasim Akram. He even gave some tips to Arjun on fitness, wrist positioning and how to bring the ball onto the right-hander. Sources said that to face Australian left-arm pacers Mitchell Johnson and Mitchell Starc on Lords pacy pitch, England team practiced to the bowling of Arjun.
