Natural Star Nani’s upcoming action-drama Paradise is all set for a worldwide theatrical release on September 24. Ahead of the big day, the film’s team organised a grand pre-release event in Hyderabad, where Nani, the film’s lead, attended as the chief guest and delivered an emotional and confident speech.
Addressing the gathering, Nani said Paradise is not just a film but a big celebration for audiences in theatres. He announced that the festive atmosphere would begin from the night of September 23 with paid premieres. “When we consistently do good work, there is no need to think about negativity. Celebrations start on their own,” Nani remarked, indirectly responding to criticism that comes his way. He expressed full confidence that the film would create a festive mood in cinemas from September 23 night itself.
Nani heaped praise on director Sreekanth Odela, calling him a younger brother but admitting he looks up to him like an elder sibling because of his determination and belief in the project. “I am extremely proud of his talent. He has elevated this film four times bigger,” Nani said emotionally. He also specially appreciated actor Raghav Juyal, describing him as the “rockstar of the show” and an outstanding entertainer. Nani predicted that Raghav would grow into one of the biggest stars in Indian cinema and assured him of his support as an elder brother in Hyderabad.
Speaking about heroine Kayadu Lohar, Nani said audiences would fall in love with her character Subbu. He noted that she delivered an outstanding performance with great grace despite extremely difficult shooting conditions. Nani also described working with senior actor Mohan Babu, who plays the antagonist, as a wonderful experience and called him a remarkable person. He mentioned that another key cast member, Sonali, could not attend the event but predicted that audiences would be amazed by the love her role receives after the film’s release.
Nani thanked the technical team, particularly music director Anirudh Ravichander, whose song has already become a blockbuster, backed by excellent lyrics. On social media negativity, he reiterated that consistent good work makes celebrations inevitable and said Paradise would mark the beginning of that celebration. He also indirectly indicated that the team has taken care to keep ticket prices accessible for regular audiences. Nani concluded by calling the film a special gift to the audience.
Kayadu Lohar, who plays the female lead, also addressed the event and began her speech in Telugu, charming the audience. She said the hype created by fans is beyond imagination and expressed confidence that the film would break theatres. “Nani’s performance is not ordinary. What you have seen so far is just a small glimpse. On September 24, a new avatar of Nani will surprise everyone. Working with him was a great experience; he was extremely supportive throughout the shoot,” she said.
Kayadu described director Sreekanth Odela as a “crazy crack director,” noting that while working with him is tough, his passion for the film makes the effort worthwhile. She added that he is currently busy with final work in Chennai. She praised Anirudh Ravichander’s album and DOP Sai’s visuals, and thanked producer Sudhakar and co-stars including Sampath, Sonali and Kranthi. She specially highlighted Raghav Juyal’s performance, saying Telugu audiences would remember him forever after this film, and requested the same love for her character Subbu and Paradise.
