Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday appreciated the performance of Andhra Pradesh IT and Education Minister Nara Lokesh, patting him on the shoulder and saying, “Shabash Lokesh, you are doing very well.” The Prime Minister also advised Lokesh to continue serving the public with the same speed and spirit.
The warm interaction took place after the inauguration of the newly constructed Alluri Sitarama Raju International Airport at Bhogapuram in Vizianagaram district. As Prime Minister Modi was leaving the venue, Minister Nara Lokesh came forward to bid him farewell. During the brief exchange, the Prime Minister spoke affectionately with Lokesh and publicly praised his work.
This is not the first time the Prime Minister has appreciated Lokesh’s efforts. Earlier too, Modi had lauded the young minister for successfully organising his previous visits to Andhra Pradesh and for the record-breaking performance achieved through the ‘Yoga Andhra’ programme. The latest public praise from the Prime Minister has once again highlighted Lokesh’s growing stature in the state’s political and administrative landscape.
