Bhatkal getting mobile is impossible

Hyderabad, July 4: Strongly denying the news that Yasin Bhatkal spoke with his family members over a mobile phone, DG Prisons of Telangana VK Singh said, "It is impossible for Bhatkal to get a mobile phone." Special arrangements were made for Bhatkal's security in the jail where there was no chance of he getting hold of a mobile, he added. The DG further said that as per rules, every inmate can talk over jail official phone two times in a week. Two phone numbers of each prisoner's relatives will be registered, as soon as the prisoner comes to the jail. The DG said Bhatkal also registered his wife's phone number and converses with her every week. Every word the inmates speaks over phone will be recorded and the call records of Bhatkal were on scrutiny, he said. Doubts were expressed that Bhatkal purposefully mentioned Damascus friends during his talk with his wife only to mislead the police.
