Telangana Home Secretary goes on leave

Hyderabad, June 23: Top officials who are supervising investigation in Cash-for-vote scam are going on leave one after another. While Intelligence chief Shivadhar Reddy is already on foreign tour, Counter Intelligence chief VC Sajjannar has recently returned from foreign tour. Besides this, Telangana Home Secretary B Venkatesham went on leave. Sources said that Venkatesham applied for leave from June 20 to July 9. Hyderabad Police Commissioner Mahender Reddy will embark on a foreign tour after the return of Shivadhar Reddy. While opposition parties are expressing concern over the absence of officials when the case in crucial sage, officials informed that the foreign trips were prior planned.
