Fish falls out of sky at Gollamudi

Hyderabad, June 19: In a strange incident of fish falling directly from the sky occurred at Gollamudi village in Krishna district today. Along with rain, fish belonging to ‘Valuga’ variety fell from the sky. The villagers competed with each other to collect the fish. Scientists attributed this strange phenomenon to watersprouts. Swirling whirlwinds traversing over water bodies develop in watersprouts. The watersprouts suck up everything in the water including fish, frog and other marine creatures.
