Gulf is my eighth constituency: MP Kavitha
Kuwait, June 13: Nizamabad MP and Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao’s daughter Kavitha has said that Gulf is the eighth constituency represented by her apart from seven Assembly segments under her Lok Sabha constituency. She participated in the first anniversary celebrations of Telangana Formation Day at Cambridge School in Kuwait. The celebrations were jointly organized by Telangana Jagruthi and Kuwait Telangana Samithi. The MP termed Gulf as Mini Telangana as a large number of Telangana people are living in the region. She announced that Telangana Jagruthi would set up branches in all Gulf nations for the welfare of migrant labourers. She said that fruits of Telangana movement should also reach migrant labourers. Kavitha said that Mission Kakatiya was implemented to revive the agriculture sector in the State, and added that the Government was concentrating on employment generation. Earlier, tributes were paid to Telangana martyrs. The MP inaugurated Telangana Jagruthi Kuwait branch and appointed Mutyala Vijay Kumar as president. Telugu people from Bahrain and Kuwait participated in the programme.
