ACB to file petition seeking custody of Revanth Reddy
Hyderabad, June 3, 2015: ACB is likely to file petition in the ACB court seeking custody of arrested TDP MLA Revanth Reddy to question him on who sent him to nominated MLA Stephenson and on the sources of the currency notes used in the cash for vote scam case.
ACB has taken the decision to file petition seeking custody of Revanth Reddy as his interrogation only can bring out the details of the 'Boss' referred by him in his conversation with Stephenson, according to reports published in a vernacular daily.
Did Chandrababu speak to Stephenson on phone?
In a new twist, ACB has come to know that AP Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu also spoke to Stephenson on his mobile. The investigating officials has got hold of evidence to prove that TDP has tried to bribe three other MLAs seeking votes for its candidate in the MLC elections.
The daily said ACB has concluded that the entire bribing operation has been directed by Chandrababu Naidu himself to get votes illegally for his party candidate in the MLC polls.
Meanwhile, Telangana ACB DGP AK Khan has reportedly called on the Governor ESL Narasimhan to brief him about the full details of the case.
