YSRCP seeks Chandrababu's arrest in Revanth case

Hyderabad, June 1, 2015: YSR Congress Party senior leader Ambati Rambabu demanded here on Monday that Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu be made as accused number 1 in the cash for vote scam and arrested immediately. "Chandrababu Naidu may be CM for AP but he tried to murder democracy in Telangana through his corrupt means, " YSR Congress senior leader Ambati Rambabu told a press conference. TDP MLA Revanth Reddy was arrested and sent to jail in the case filed against him for offering Rs. 5 Cr to nominated MLA Stephenson seeking votes for TDP candidates in MLC polls. Rambabu said Revanth Reddy referred to his boss a good number of times in his conversation with the nominated MLA Stephenson. "Chandrababu Naidu is his boss and he should be arrested immediately in the case , " Rambabu said and added.:" Chandrababu spoke of ethics and democracy in the just concluded Mahanadu but in practice he thought of killing democracy through in unethical and corrupt means."
