AP Govt's registrations' revenue exceeds that of TS by Rs. 333 Cr
Hyderabad, May 20, 2015: It is some good news on the AP front. The AP Government's registrations department had received a revenue of Rs. 2830 Cr through registrations in the last financial year, an increase by 57 per cent compared to preceding year. In contrast, Telangana registration's department achieved only Rs.2497 Cr, lesser by Rs.333 Cr compared with that of AP. Krishna district achieved a highest revenue of Rs.479 Cr , followed by Guntur district with Rs.432 Cr and Visakha by Rs.409 Cr. AP Government has fixed a target of Rs.3200 Cr for the last year but it fell short by Rs.400 Cr. This year , the government has decided to hike the target and work vigorously to achieve the goals.
