Actor Sivaji talks tough, says Modi and BJP have cheated AP people

Guntur, May 5, 2015: Reiterating that he would continue his Deeksha till his last breath for achieving special status for AP, actor Sivaji continued his indefinite fast on the third today here. Speaking to reporters at his protest camp at the District Collector's office, Sivaji came down heavily on the BJP and Prime Minister Narendra Modi. "Modi made several promises to AP people during elections but now he has forgotten the state. BJP has cheated the Andhra Pradesh people after promising special status to the state," the actor fumed. Modi promised help to build a wonderful state capital for AP that would be envious to Delhi people, Sivaji recalled. "The BJP is trying to strengthen itself in AP by trying to divide TDP and YSRCP. However, people will not accept this. BJP can strengthen in the state only if it grants special status to AP, " Sivaji warned the party. Meanwhile, support continued to swell for Sivaji in his mission to get special status for the state.
