Police stumble upon Red Sanders dumps worth Rs.10 Cr, 5 arrestesd
Kadapa, May 4, 2015:AP special police teams stumbled on two big red sanders dumps in Seshachalam forests during combing operations last night. Reports from Kadapa said that the dumps, weighing around four tons, are worth Rs. 10 Cr. The red sanders logs are of Grade A, the reports said. The task force team also arrested five notorious smugglers in the nearby area. The smugglers are from Tamil Nadu having connections with international smugglers. The seized dump of red sanders logs was then taken to the district police head quarters.
