New Delhi: Asaduddin Owaisi, leader of the All India Majlis-E-Ittehadul Muslimeen, has accused unknown troublemakers of pelting stones at his residence in Delhi, causing damage to several windows. Owaisi posted a video of the damages to his Ashoka Road residence in New Delhi and took to Twitter late on Sunday to inform that he had just returned from Jaipur when he was notified by his domestic help of the incident. He urged the Delhi Police to take swift action and apprehend the responsible culprits. Owaisi expressed his worry that the attack had taken place in a so-called "high security" area and confirmed that he had already filed a complaint with the police, who had arrived at his residence. A senior police official confirmed that they had received the complaint from the MP, but Owaisi was not present at the scene.
