Hyderabad: Former CBI official JD Lakshmi Narayana recently spoke about the investigation into the death of former minister YS Vivekananda Reddy, shedding light on the case and the process of investigation. Speaking to the interview, he revealed that the case had initially been with the state police, but was transferred to the CBI for investigation upon the request of Vivekananda Reddy's daughter Sunitha, who had approached the High Court. Lakshmi Narayana went on to explain that the case was later transferred to the Telangana CBI court after she had approached the Supreme Court.
