Komatireddy Venkat Reddy, a member of parliament from Bhuvanagiri, responded angrily to the Minister K.T.R. On this issue, he has written a lengthy statement. He criticised Minister KTR for his language use. The Telangana Congress MP, who described himself as honest, claimed that KCR's family is engaging in unlawful commissions. According to the MP, politics is not about engaging in crores of rupees' worth of corruption while savouring triumph. What had K.T.R accomplished for Telangana?, he questioned. While criticising Telangana government vehemently for allegedly depriving the residents of Nalgonda of drinking water, he also questioned KTR's courage in swearing that the state government did not engage in corruption in any and all projects, including Kaleswaram.
