Hyderabad: Four-year-old girl accidentally fell into a sambar vessel in Shamsheeguda, government hospital Kukatpally and escaped with minor injuries. According to the reports, a four-year-old girl identified as Pooja, studying fourth class in the government hospital, Kukatpally accidentally fell in the Sambar vessel while she was standing in the queue line for a mid-day meal in the afternoon. Alerted school staff, immediately shifted her to the nearby hospital and she suffered minor injuries. She underwent treatment in the hospital and was later discharged. The incident created panic among her parents and school management.
