ED Issues Notices to MLC Kavitha's Husband, PRO Rajesh, and Three Others
The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has issued notices to Anil, the husband of BRS MLC Kavitha, PRO Rajesh, and three assistants, asking them to appear for an inquiry on Monday. This information was disclosed by the ED to the Rouse Avenue Court. During a raid at Kavitha's residence yesterday, the ED seized mobile phones belonging to Kavitha, her husband Anil, two phones related to PRO Rajesh, and phones belonging to three assistants, totaling ten phones. They were informed to come to Delhi to collect these.
In the Delhi liquor case, Kavitha was arrested by the ED yesterday and presented in the Rouse Avenue Court today, where she was remanded to ED custody for seven days until the 23rd of this month. The issuance of notices to Kavitha's husband and four others now marks a significant development in the case.
