CM Jagan’s Cabinet is puppet in Sajjala’s hand: Yanamala

In a freewheeling interview with the media, TDP politburo member Yanamala Ramakrishnudu on Tuesday said that the Cabinet of Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy is puppet in the hands of AP government advisor Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy. He asked as to who is Sajjala when he is not holding any Constitutional post. “Sajjala is an extra-constitutional authority,” he stated and faulted the CM for including him in the Cabinet decisions.

Downplaying the YSRCP’s claim of giving more berths to BCs, SCs, and STs in the Cabinet, Yanamala stated that allocation of berths in the Cabinet to weaker sections is a constitutional and political obligation.

The TDP leader criticised the Jagan government for following the decisions of advisors and supressing the voice of BC, SC, and ST ministers. He demanded the AP government to give advisor posts to retired bureaucrats and experts belonging to backward and weaker sections of the society.
