Remove my name from Jagan case, Srinivasan's plea to HC

Hyderabad, August 27: India Cements managing director and Chairman of the International Cricket Council Narayanaswami Srinivasan today filed a petition in the High Court urging it to remove his name from the disproportionate assets case of YSR Congress Party chief YS Jaganmohan Reddy. The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) had included Srinivasan's name in the sixth chargesheet that was submitted to the court. It may be recalled that there were reports that Srinivasan's company, India Cements, had invested Rs 140 crore in Jagan's Jagati Publications.
