School in Hyderabad introduces teaching robots
Hyderabad, July 29: For the first time in the country, a private school in Hyderabad has introduced robot teachers for teaching.
The Indus International School in Hyderabad has introduced humanoid robots to teach students and also to assist teachers in teaching. These robots, made with the help of artificial intelligence, will clarify the doubts of the students.
The school management demonstrated the performance of Eagle robots to Education Minister Sabitha Indra Reddy recently. The management informed that they have deployed 21 highly interactive robots at their school branches in Hyderabad, Bengaluru and Pune. These Eagle robots will teach lessons to the students from fifth to 11th class. They can teach lessons in more than 30 languages and also can clarify students’ doubts. Students can connect with the assessment and content of the robot teachers through mobiles and laptops.
