Maharashtra govt orders probe into 'PK'
Mumbai, Dec 30: The Bharatiya Janata Party-led Maharashtra government on Tuesday ordered a probe against actor Aamir Khan starrer Hindi movie 'PK', following complaints by right wing organisations, according to Ram Shinde, Minister of State for Home. Shinde said, “We had to take action after we received complaints against the movie. We are aware that the Censor Board has cleared the film, but as a responsible government we also need to probe in this matter.” The Home Ministry is reported to have asked Deven Bharti, Special IG (Law and Order) to tell the state government on the movie in its report.
