Rana is the brand ambassador for ‘Bahubali’
No doubt, SS Rajamouli’s magnum opus movie ‘Bahubali’ (The Beginning) literally robbed the Box Office and collected over Rs 600 crores across the globe. When anyone talks about ‘Bahubali’, immediately Rajamouli will come into mind. Of course, the credit for the success of ‘Bahubali’ may go to Rajamouli, but the film reaching these many people and collecting this much revenue is something different and it is not because of him.
Yes, Rajamouli himself admitted that the reason for making the movie so big hit may be because of his directorial capability and Prabhas’ performance but the real person behind the commercial success of the movie is none other than Rana Daggubati, the Bhallala Deva. It is Rana who introduced the film to Karan Johar and revealed the detail of Bahubali movie and showed some shooting videos and theatrical trailers to the Bollywood people and they wondered whether a regional language is being brought out with such a high budget. Later, they contacted the Bahubali team and Rana has become the brand ambassador for our film. Unlike Prabhas, Rana used to attend the sets punctually. He is an artiste with good planning, says Rajamouli about Rana.
