ACB requests court to give hard discs, audio tapes

Hyderabad, June 25: The ACB officials on Thursday filed a memo in the court requesting to hand over four hard discs and three audio tapes, which the forensic department submitted to the court. They mentioned in their petition that they need those tapes for further investigation. ACB officials submitted the forensic report also to the court. They briefed the court about the details of their investigation to be taken based on the report of the dialogues of AP Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu and TDP MLA Revanth Reddy with Telangana nominated MLA Stephenson. It should be reminded here that MLA Revanth Reddy was caught red-handed while giving Rs 50 lakh as advance payment to Stephenson after entering into an agreement with him for Rs 5 crore. Video, audio records of this issue, which were secretly recorded, were already leaked to the media. ACB officials took Revanth into custody 26 days ago.
