Following an officer's apparent jest about an Indian-origin lady who was killed by a police patrol car in January of this year, which was captured on his body camera, an inquiry has been opened against Seattle police union executives, according to NBC News. The Seattle Police Department on Monday made available video captured by Officer Daniel Auderer's body camera. After responding to the South Lake Union neighborhood, Auderer left his body camera on. On January 23, Indian-origin lady Jaahnavi Kandula was struck and killed by a marked patrol car driven by another officer, Kevin Dave, according to the NBC News story.
