Minister Peddireddy Ramachandra Reddy has promised that the government will come out with a permanent solution and work with the forest department and TTD to improve safety against leopard attacks in Tirumala. Minister for Power, Forest, Environment and Underground Mines has made these comments after opening a new Pollution Control Board office in Tirupati, built with eco-friendly concepts and costing Rs 16.93 crore. The Minister highlighted the ongoing establishment of industries in various categories in the state. He also emphasized the ban on plastic items in Tirumala and efforts to educate devotees about plastic usage.
