New Delhi: On the occasion of the 5th anniversary of the passing of former Prime Minister and stalwart of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Atal Bihari Vajpayee, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, President Droupadi Murmu, and leaders from the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) gathered at the 'Sadaiv Atal' memorial to offer their respects with floral tributes. Joining in the tribute were Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar, Amit Shah, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, Nitin Gadkari, Rajya Sabha Deputy Chairman Harivansh, Praful Patel, Arjun Ram Meghwal, Anupriya Patel, Union Minister and leader of Apna Dal (Soneylal), as well as Jitan Ram Manjhi of HAM. Namita Kaul Bhattacharya, the foster daughter of the former PM Atal Bihari Vajpayee, also paid her respects by offering a floral tribute at the 'Sadaiv Atal' memorial on the anniversary of his passing.
