The death toll from a devastating bomb blast at a party event in Pakistan's Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province continues to rise, with 44 people reported to have lost their lives. The incident occurred during a Jamait Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (J.U.I.F) Party program held in the Bajaur district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on Sunday. The event had a large attendance, with more than 500 people present. The explosion, which is suspected to be a suicide attack according to local authorities, resulted in over 100 people being injured. Tragically, among the deceased is Maulana Ziaullah, a prominent leader of the J.U.I.F. The injured were promptly transported to hospitals in Peshawar for medical treatment.
