Tamil Nadu: In a shocking incident, a mother who failed to pay her son's college fee tragically lost her life after deliberately jumping in front of a speeding bus. The incident took place in Salem of Tamil Nadu. According to the sources, the deceased identified as Papathy (46), a sanitary worker at the Collector's office and a widow, leaves behind a daughter and son. Shockingly, CCTV footage revealed that she had previously attempted to jump before a moving bus but fell after being hit by a two-wheeler. Minutes later, she repeated the act, succumbing to the impact of another bus. Overwhelmed by depression, she learned about the compensation provided by the government to the next of kin when a sanitation worker dies in an accident. Investigations uncovered that Papathy was desperately seeking a loan of Rs 45,000 to pay her son's college fees.
