Hyderabad: Telangana folk singer and State Warehouse Corporation Chairman Sai Chand (39) has passed away due to cardiac arrest. According to sources, Sai Chand visited his farmhouse in Karukonda, Bijinepalli Mandal of Nagarkurnool district with his family members on Wednesday evening. It is learned that Sai Chand fell ill, and his family members immediately shifted him to a private hospital in Nagar Kurnool. With his health deteriorating, Sai Chand was shifted to Hyderabad for better medical treatment. Despite receiving treatment at Care Hospital in Gachibowli, Sai Chand breathed his last. The Chief Minister of Telangana, KCR, various ministers, and leaders from the BRS have expressed their condolences over the death of Sai Chand.
