Tamil Superstar and President of Makkal Needhi Maiam (MNM), Kamal Haasan, displayed a generous gesture on Monday by presenting a car to Sharmila, the first woman bus driver from Coimbatore. Sharmila had reportedly been compelled to resign from her job due to an incident involving DMK leader and Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K Stalin's sister, Kanimozhi, who had boarded Sharmila's bus. Sharmila shared with the media that she decided to quit her job after the bus conductor insisted that Kanimozhi purchase a ticket, despite Sharmila's request for her not to do so.
