Following their nuptials, the couple hosted a lavish wedding reception at the esteemed N Convention Centre in Hyderabad. The event witnessed the presence of distinguished guests, including Telangana Minister KT Rama Rao, who graced the celebration with his presence. In a special gesture, Sharwanand personally extended an invitation to Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao (KCR) during a meeting at Pragathi Bhavan, inviting him to attend the wedding reception. Although CM KCR was unable to attend the reception, Telangana Minister KT Rama Rao made a gracious appearance on his behalf. Minister KT Rama Rao extended his heartfelt wishes to the newlyweds, Sharwanand and Rakshitha Reddy, marking the joyous occasion with his presence. The wedding reception also witnessed the attendance of MP Santosh Kumar, who joined in celebrating the union of the couple.
