YS Bhaskar Reddy, an accused in the YS Viveka murder case, has been denied bail by the CBI court. Currently held in Chanchalguda jail, Bhaskar Reddy had previously been denied bail by the court. However, in a recent development, the CBI court dismissed the petition filed by Bhaskar Reddy, allowing him to secure bail. Bhaskar Reddy was arrested on April 16 by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) in connection with the murder case of YS Viveka. Subsequently, he was transferred to Hyderabad following a medical examination and produced before the CBI court. The court had ordered his detention in Chanchalguda jail as part of the ongoing investigation. Prior to Bhaskar Reddy's arrest, Gujjala Uday Kumar Reddy, a close associate of MP Avinash Reddy, was apprehended by the CBI. The investigation had revealed Uday's presence at Bhaskar Reddy's residence on the day preceding Viveka's murder. This significant finding prompted CBI officials to expedite their inquiry, leading to the subsequent arrest
