Patancheru: A burglary took place in Patancheru town during the midnight hours, leaving the residents shocked. According to the sources, Kamaluddin, a resident of Sairamnagar Colony (Chaitanya Nagar), had briefly left his house to visit his father's residence. Upon his return, he discovered that the lock on his house had been forcefully broken. As he entered his home, he startled the thieves who were in the midst of their illegal activities. Startled by the owner's presence, the burglars abandoned their charging phone and hastily fled the scene. Despite Kamaluddin's attempts to apprehend them, the culprits managed to escape. The entire incident was captured on CCTV cameras installed in the area. The stolen items include 12 tolas of gold, 60 tolas of silver, and Rs. 24,000 in cash. Police registered a case and an investigation is underway.
