Hyderabad: In a tragic incident, an inter-studying student allegedly committed suicide by hanging herself at her residence. According to the sources, the deceased identified as Navya took her own life by hanging at her residence in Bharat Nagar, under the jurisdiction of Kulsumpura Police Station, on Wednesday night. Navya's parents have made serious allegations, claiming that their daughter's death was a result of "Kshudra Pooja" (Black Magic). According to them, some unidentified individuals performed black magic rituals in front of their house, leaving behind lemons, black-coloured dolls and lamps near the entrance. Her family members said that she got scared after the incident and got depressed. Accusing unknown individuals of performing black magic, Navya's parents believe it led to her untimely demise. The police have taken custody of the body for a post-mortem examination and initiated an investigation by registering a case. The incident has raised concerns and is being closely looked into by the authorities.
