According to the sources, a devotee identified as Lakshmi, hailing from Lingapur in Manakondur Mandal, met an untimely demise due to a heart attack on the temple premises. The unfortunate incident occurred on Tuesday, June 6th, 2023, leaving the temple community and her family in shock. According to reports, Lakshmi visited the temple on Monday, June 5th, along with her family. However, they were unable to have darshan due to the overwhelming influx of devotees.
